The service was great and the food was great! the room was accommodating and comfy. - the beds were good. - the location was favorable and magnificent - close to good restaurants, Santa Fe, NM, the mall, Target, other stores.

Bed was very comfy and breakfast was very good. Waffles, eggs (boiled and scrambled), sausage, French toast sticks, cereal, bagels, etc.

Had a really nice and updated room here! Our month-long vacation was super comfortable thanks to the new design. The bathroom was the best, especially loved the tub. Check-in was a breeze and they were cool about letting us check out late, which was awesome 😊.

No handicapped features (raised toilet in bathroom) -

Staff was able to move us down to first floor when we requested a room change due to no elevator (lots of luggage and bags; arrived late and exhausted). Shower remained hot with good pressure through four showers. My sons really liked the variety they offered at breakfast.

No elevator for two story facility, arrived late and exhausted--lots of luggage and bags to bring in. Small vanity. Air conditioning did not work properly, initially set at 74, felt warm, kept turning down to 64 and felt the same. Asked for an adjustment in the morning, staff initially said they didn't have authority to do so. Asked for manager, adjustment of 10% but then staff didn't know how to give refund without taking a while to figure out. Had to get on road and couldn't wait, so no adjustment made.

Cozy room with a nice couch to relax on. The breakfast here is really good with plenty of tasty options, and the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. 🍳

Breakfast was amazing! Large variety, fresh pastries, hot eggs, fruit, yogurt...cold milk fresh hot coffee. There staff was very welcoming, coming and leaving. I will stay there again!

The manager and staff were very helpful with recommendations for resturants. They made sure we had enough pillows and were comfortable

Hallways dark confusion on room numbers

The hotel's location was decent, just next door to a trail, mall, restaurants, movie theater, and shopping complex. We were in Santa Fe for 1 day, had very good stay, the hotel was overall clean with exceptionally nice and excellent location to old town plaza. Our room was a nice size and newly remodelled with nice bathroom. Every staff member was attentive and knowledgeable.
